Participating in our cash sweep program gives your clients the ability to have cash in their brokerage account automatically deposited into multiple FDIC-insured bank accounts. Through this program, clients can receive full FDIC insurance coverage on up to $5,000,000 USD of cash in their brokerage account.

Asset Protection

StoneX Financial Inc. segregates customer assets. Segregation means your assets are kept separate from firm assets, and thus are protected from potential losses of the firm.

SIPC coverage

StoneX Financial Inc. is a member of the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC). That membership comes with insurance covering up to $500,000 of cash and securities.

In addition to SIPC insurance, StoneX has secured account protection coverage (“Excess SIPC”) against firm insolvency through Lloyd’s of London in the amount of $24.5 million in securities per customer with an aggregate limit of $100 million.
